Instruction to make Recipe
- To make gajar halwa, first wash and grate the carrots.
- Put ghee in a pan and let it heat on the gas. When ghee is hot, add grated carrots to it.
- Fry the carrots in ghee for 5 minutes, now add milk and mix it well.
- Allow the milk to cook on a medium flame until it thickens.
- Keep stirring it occasionally.
- It may take 15 to 20 minutes for the milk to thicken.
- When milk is thick, add mawa and sugar to it.
- When sugar is added to the pan, the sugar will start to melt. Keep stirring it with the help of a
spoon.
- Let it cook until the sugar is completely melted.
- When the halwa becomes thick, add cashews, almonds and cardamom powder to it and turn off the gas.
- Hot gajar halwa is ready. Put it in a bowl and garnish with pistachios. Serve hot Gajar Halwa to
everyone.
